After placing our order for a new dingy cover and other canvas works it is all done.

Well the Mazatlan ball Team the Venados won the series and are now off to the Caribbean series the stadium holds about 13,000 and they let in about 16,000 plus. people are everywhere.

This is Venny the Mascot, pronounced Benny. The Kids love him, most women want to kiss him, and the guys wonder why he does not get slapped. He really put on an entertaining show during the game

The half time shows are also something to see.

Lynn and his brother Ken really want a Pacifico girl; mind you so does every other male in the ball park.

Each section has a beer vendor, whom tries very hard to keep everyone from going dry. Beer is only 170pesos= 1.70 Canadian. How much can one drink at a ballgame Lots!!

FELIZ ANO NUEVO (Happy New Year)

We spent New Years Eve on the dock dancing drinking after having dinner in the bar at the marina. Music was from three differnt areas so it made dancing interesting. Fireworks at midnight and then again a 3 am (what a wake up) when they seem to be just above the boat. The party just across the harbour had the same bass beat that vibrated through the marina until about 7 or 8 in the morning. O well just New Years in Mexico.

We are still going to the baseball games (playoffs now) and the noise and crowds gets a little more each day. The home town team is two up in the best of seven series.

A local is making us dingy chaps, winch covers, motor cover, wheel and pedestal cover, lees cloths and sun shades for the dodger for about half the cost to get it done at home.
