San Blas

Well after arriving in Mazatlan we sweated out the heat, survived our first hurricane and managed to get the boat together, and stock it up with supplies for another adventure. Heading south with American friends Jim and Bonnie on the Murray Grey.  (Named after the cattle they Bred)

Lynn purchased a hooka for Debbie, so if something happened under the boat she could go down and try to fix it.  The hooka  was a two man one, with the hope that Lynn might be able to stick his head under the water to see what needs fixed.   Our Friend Jim decided that we should practice

Lesson is over Jim gave us both a pass two more days and we are on our way south

This will be are first over-nighter since Dec 2008.

Arrived here in Manatchen Bay after leaving Mazatlan on Sat Nov 14. Stopped to visit Isla Isabela along the way.  The  Murrey Grey has  been here before so we came in the dark following them. . We were freaked out arriving in the dark as a it appeared that there were numerous boats in the anchorage. It turned out that we were miles from the shore and the lights were from the small houses on the beach.   Will here a few days and then move on. Most of the trips from here on will be short day hops.h
